By using AI Website Detector (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
The Service analyzes a URL you submit and returns an automated, best-effort estimate of whether the site was built with an AI tool. It is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy. No detector is perfect — results should be treated as a signal, not a definitive judgment about how a site was built.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to scrape, overload, or automate bulk requests against our infrastructure, to submit URLs you don't have the right to check for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Third-party sites
Submitting a URL causes our server to fetch that page. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party sites you choose to check.
Advertising
The Service may display advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
